RYSEN Performance was built on one belief: your program should fit your life — not the other way around. Too many coaches hand out the same PDF to every client and call it coaching. That's not what this is.

Every program I write is built from scratch. I look at your schedule, your lifestyle, your goals, what you've tried before, and what's held you back — and I build something that actually works for you. Not the person before you. Not a template from the internet. You.

I started RYSEN because I've lived it. I've trained seriously across bodybuilding, CrossFit, and Hyrox — and what I've learned is that consistency beats perfection every time. My job is to make consistency easier for you by removing the guesswork and giving you a clear path.

Every single program is written from scratch for you. I don't reuse templates. I look at your goals, your schedule, your training history, and your lifestyle — and I build something that actually fits. No two programs are the same.
Beginners are welcome. Your program will be built to meet you exactly where you're at. We start with your current fitness level, your available equipment, and your schedule — and we build from there progressively.
We do a phone call check-in each week. We talk through how training went, how nutrition is sitting, what's working and what isn't — and I adjust the program accordingly. You're not just getting a plan and left to figure it out alone.
